We are absolutely egg-static to achieve this accolade and delighted by the judges comments;
“You can see the vibrant colour of the yolks even through the poached white. On cutting, that deep orange yolk oozed onto the plate in a thick rich pool. The yolk was unctuous and coated the mouth. The white was tender. This is a good egg indeed!
Beautifully presented poached eggs with lovely deep orange yolks. A very good texture with a velvety richness to the yolks. The flavour was delicious.”
