Instructions

  1. Whip your eggs and sugar until ribbon stage
  2. Add in your dry ingredients and butter and chocolate
  3. Fold until all mixed though. Add your chocolate chunks
  4. Pop into a tin and bake for 20-25 minutes - depending on how gooey you want your brownie
  5. Leave to cook, chop into slabs and enjoy!
