Rich Yolk: 2 Gold Stars 🌟🌟
Our delicious Rich Yolk eggs have captured the judges’ hearts with a well-deserved 2 Gold Star rating. The judges praised the “sensationally bright marigold yolk,” highlighting its eye-catching appeal and perfectly firm whites. Described as “properly eggy,” our Rich Yolk eggs were noted for their indulgent flavour, capable of shining on their own or enhancing any dish. The remarkable colour and rich taste make these eggs a true breakfast delight, fit for the most discerning palates.

Our OG, the beloved Original, earned a 1 Gold Star rating, with the judges commending the beautifully coloured yolks and creamy texture. The eggs were described as fresh and vibrant, with a yolk that is rich and creamy and the white, almost cleansing.
“Fresh and vibrant egg. That yolk is fabulous. A clean mouth feel and flavour with a mellow under grassy tone.”
St. Ewe Rich Yolk: Our Opulent Collection: 1 Gold Star 🌟
Also receiving 1 Gold Star, our St. Ewe Rich Yolk from the Opulent Collection impressed with its sheen and firmness. The judges appreciated the rich dense flavour, highlighting the joy of savouring a product often overlooked for its taste. The vibrant eggs with their creamy yolks and firm whites truly reflect the happy lives of our chickens.
“Beautifully poached eggs with a bright white albumen and richly golden orange yolks. A deep eggy aroma is savoury and enticing, and their fresh grassy flavours deliver a lengthy note.”
Super Eggs: 1 Gold Star 🌟
And last but by no means least, our Super Eggs also earned a 1 Gold Star rating, impressing the judges with their crisp white and rich golden yolks. While the flavour is described as milder than expected, the texture and quality of the eggs were praised, showcasing our commitment to high welfare and nutritional standards.
