Having worked for a mixture of larger corporate businesses, as well as smaller family-run businesses; I’ve experienced my fair share of workplace cultures. I can safely say, hand on heart that St. Ewe has the most kind, honest and people-focused culture I’ve worked in. If you’re interested in joining a business which is fast-paced, and demanding but gives you a sense of unity and togetherness – look no further!

As a local, I was genuinely surprised by the size of the head office and the number of people who work here. I had no idea that it would be such an exciting place to work. The culture is fun and hard-working and has a wholesome, family feel. Here, you don’t have to struggle to be noticed; within two days I was given the opportunity to apply skills from different areas of my varied career – ones I never thought I’d use again. I feel seen and I feel valued, and I’m so glad I saw the job advert. It really was a life-changing decision for me. This company is one to watch!

I am incredibly proud to work at St. Ewe, working amongst our incredible producers and team. Despite being home-based most of the time I’ve never not felt part of the St. Ewe family. I’ve grown so much as a person since joining the team and couldn’t imagine myself now being anywhere else. St Ewe are true to their values and it’s a fun, supportive and exciting journey to be part of.
