Our Values
These aren’t just words on a wall. They’re the way we roll - every single day.
Positive – We show up with optimism and energy, lifting each other up (and laughing even when the coffee runs out).
Nurturing – We care deeply for our hens, our farmers, our people, and each other. Kindness isn’t optional, it’s our culture.
Bold – We think big, act brave, and aren’t afraid to shake things up.
Transparent – We lead with honesty, own our mistakes, and always keep it real.
You’ll feel the difference from day one, and we’re proud of that.

Jason BoldingPeople Director
As a local, I was genuinely surprised by the size of the head office and the number of people who work here. I had no idea that it would be such an exciting place to work. The culture is fun and hard-working and has a wholesome, family feel. This company is one to watch!
Lisa HockingExecutive Assistant to CEO & MD
I am incredibly proud to work at St. Ewe, working amongst our incredible producers and team. Despite being home-based most of the time I’ve never not felt part of the St. Ewe family.
