Reece’s Fluffy Pancakes with St. Ewe Rich Yolk Eggs

Junior Bake Off star Reece Suwali shares his recipe for super fluffy pancakes, made with St. Ewe’s Rich Yolk eggs for a vibrant touch of colour and extra richness. Try these delicious pancakes and elevate your breakfast with the perfect balance of flavour and fluffiness!

Instructions

  1. - Step 1Mix together all of your dry ingredients in a bowl
  2. - Step 2Add your wet ingredients and stir until you reach the ribbon stage
  3. - Step 3Cook your pancakes over medium heat in a non-stick pan for 1-2 minutes until golden brown
  4. - Step 4Serve with any toppings you like!

  • 1 Tbsp. Caster Sugar
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 2 Rich Yolk Egg
