Blueberry and Almond Butter Baked Oats by Jenna Hope
Serves: 6 PeopleStart the day right with these nutritious baked oats made with St. Ewe Free Range Eggs, almond butter, banana, and blueberries. A protein-packed, make-ahead breakfast perfect for busy mornings!

Instructions
- - Step 1Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- - Step 2Mash the banana with the almond butter and then whisk in the St. Ewe Original Large Eggs, vanilla extract, maple syrup and almond milk.
- - Step 3In a separate bowl, combine the oats, baking powder and salt.
- - Step 4Pour the wet mix into the dry mix and stir well.
- - Step 5Next, stir through half the blueberries, keeping some back for the topping.
- - Step 6Pour into a greased baking tin and then top with the extra berries.
- - Step 7Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes and then finish off under the grill for 2 minutes to get a gorgeous brown colour.
- - Step 8Serve and enjoy!

- 80 grams Almond Butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp. Maple Syrup
- 350 ml Almond Milk
