Perfectly Boiled Eggs Recipe with St. Ewe Eggs

Serves: 1 Person

Getting boiled eggs just right can be trickier than it sounds. With tips from Paul Ainsworth, you’ll crack the secret to firm whites and rich, creamy yolks every time.

Instructions

  1. - Step 1Bring a pan of water to the boil, lower in your Super Egg with a spoon.
  2. - Step 2Set a timer for 6 minutes and wait for your egg to boil.
  3. - Step 3Remove the egg from the pan and transfer to an egg cup; pop bread in the toaster (sourdough works best).
  4. - Step 4Butter and slice your toast, cut into soldiers.
  5. - Step 5Crack the top, lift it off, season with sea salt.
  6. - Step 6Dip and enjoy!

  • 1 Super Egg
  • 10 grams Salted Butter
  • 1 Loaf of Sourdough
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt Flakes
  • 200 ml Cold Water
