St. Ewe's Golden Christmas Devilled Eggs

Bring a touch of opulence to your Christmas table with these Golden Christmas Devilled Eggs, crafted with St. Ewe Rich Yolk Opulent eggs for an extra creamy, vibrant filling. Their naturally golden yolks and smooth texture make for a luxurious centrepiece at any festive gathering.

Instructions

  1. - Step 1Bring a pan of water to a boil and add your 8 St. Ewe Rich Yolk Opulent eggs
  2. - Step 2Boil for 8 minutes, remove and peel the shells
  3. - Step 3Cut the eggs in half lengthways and scoop out the yolks, adding them to a mixing bowl and keeping your egg whites to the side
  4. - Step 4Add the rest of the ingredients to the yolk and mix well until it's nice and smooth
  5. - Step 5Add mixture into piping a bag, cut the bottom (for extra flair, add a piping tip of your choice!) and pipe into eggs where the yolk came from
  6. - Step 6Garnish with your season of choice – we love crushed pink peppercorns, smoked paprika and chilli flakes.

  • 8 Rich Yolk Luxuriously Large Egg
  • tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
  • pinch Salt
  • pinch Black Pepper
  • pinch Chilli Flakes
  • pinch Pink Peppercorns
