Celebrate Christmas morning with a delicious, customisable bagel station that’s perfect for a festive breakfast with family and friends. Our Christmas Morning Bagel Station features St. Ewe Rich Yolk eggs, cooked scrambled or fried, with Jolly Hog bacon, creamy smashed avocado, The Cornish Fishmonger’s smoked salmon, and cream cheese.
Instructions
- - Step 1Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
- - Step 2Lightly oil a non-stick tray then lay the bacon over in a single layer. Bake for 10-15 mins. Using tongs, flip the bacon halfway to ensure it is cooked evenly and the fat is crisp around the edges.
- - Step 3Whilst the oven is warming up, smash your avocados in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes, or paprika to season.
- - Step 4Cook your eggs. For scrambled eggs, heat oil and butter in a pan over a medium to high heat. Whisk your eggs in a bowl, then pour into the pan. Continuously move your eggs around until they are cooked to your preference.
- - Step 5Toast your bagels, plate up your smoked salmon, and spread your cream cheese.
- - Step 6It’s time to enjoy! And don’t forget to stick the kettle on.

- 200 grams Jolly Hog Bacon
- 200 grams The Cornish Figshmonger Smoked Salmon
- 2 Avocado
- 100 grams Cream Cheese
- pinch Salt
- pinch Black Pepper
- 1 glug Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- pinch Chilli Flakes
- pinch Paprika
- 6 Bagel
