Super Egg Protein Bites

Serves: 12 People

These protein-packed egg bites are versatile and nutritious and perfect for busy mornings or quick snacks.

Instructions

  1. - Step 1Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  2. - Step 2Grease or line muffin tray with 12 muffin cases (whatever you prefer!)
  3. - Step 3Chop all of your ingredients finely to avoid big pieces. Ensure your ham, bacon and mushrooms are cooked.
  4. - Step 4Sprinkle some grated cheese into the bottom of each case then add your preferred ingredients. We've included a list of options which you could add!
  5. - Step 5Crack the eggs into a jug and whisk. Pour the mixture into the muffin cases and bake for 20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  6. - Step 6These can be served hot or cold and reheated in the microwave—perfect for breakfast on the go or lunchtime snacks!

  • 100 grams Quickes Cheddar Cheese
  • 50 grams Red Pepper
  • 50 grams Sliced British Ham
  • 50 grams Jolly Hog Bacon
  • 50 grams Radish
  • 50 grams Mushrooms
  • 50 grams Spring Onion
  • pinch Salt
  • pinch Black Pepper
