Super Egg Protein Bites
Serves: 12 PeopleThese protein-packed egg bites are versatile and nutritious and perfect for busy mornings or quick snacks.
Instructions
- - Step 1Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
- - Step 2Grease or line muffin tray with 12 muffin cases (whatever you prefer!)
- - Step 3Chop all of your ingredients finely to avoid big pieces. Ensure your ham, bacon and mushrooms are cooked.
- - Step 4Sprinkle some grated cheese into the bottom of each case then add your preferred ingredients. We've included a list of options which you could add!
- - Step 5Crack the eggs into a jug and whisk. Pour the mixture into the muffin cases and bake for 20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
- - Step 6These can be served hot or cold and reheated in the microwave—perfect for breakfast on the go or lunchtime snacks!
