Super Nutritious Scrambled Egg
Serves: 2 PeopleCreamy scrambled eggs topped with peppery rocket for a quick and nutritious breakfast or brunch.
Instructions
- - Step 1Whisk eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- - Step 2Gently heat a knob of butter in a hot pan.
- - Step 3As the butter starts to melt, add the eggs and move around the pan. The more you work them the tougher they get, so stir/cook until your preferred consistency
- - Step 4Toast your bread, plate it up and load it with your scrambled eggs.
- - Step 5Lastly, finely chop some rocket and garnish. Tuck in!

- 100 grams Rocket Finely Chopped
- 10 grams Salted Butter
- pinch Black Pepper
