Super Nutritious Scrambled Egg

Serves: 2 People

Creamy scrambled eggs topped with peppery rocket for a quick and nutritious breakfast or brunch.

Instructions

  1. - Step 1Whisk eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  2. - Step 2Gently heat a knob of butter in a hot pan.
  3. - Step 3As the butter starts to melt, add the eggs and move around the pan. The more you work them the tougher they get, so stir/cook until your preferred consistency
  4. - Step 4Toast your bread, plate it up and load it with your scrambled eggs.
  5. - Step 5Lastly, finely chop some rocket and garnish. Tuck in!

  • 4 Super Egg
  • 1/4 Loaf of Bread
  • 100 grams Rocket Finely Chopped
  • 10 grams Salted Butter
  • pinch Black Pepper
  • pinch Salt
