Delicate crepe-style pancakes loaded with bananas, berries, chocolate buttons, mini marshmallows, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce—a fun, quick treat for all ages!

Instructions

  1. - Step 1Make the Batter: Whisk the St. Ewe Original Large Eggs, flour, milk, sugar, and salt until smooth. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
  2. - Step 2Cook the Crepes: Heat a non-stick pan with a little butter or oil. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, swirling to create a thin crepe. Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip, and cook for another minute. Repeat and stack crepes, keeping them warm.
  3. - Step 3Prepare Toppings: Slice bananas and strawberries, and set out blueberries, chocolate buttons, and mini marshmallows.
  4. - Step 4Assemble the Pancakes: Place a crepe on a plate, add a few banana and strawberry slices, some blueberries, chocolate buttons, and mini marshmallows.
  5. - Step 5Fold or Roll: Fold the crepe in half or roll it up with the toppings inside.
  6. - Step 6Drizzle with Sauce: Top with a generous drizzle of chocolate sauce.
  7. - Step 7Serve: Serve immediately with extra toppings on the side for a customisable pancake experience. Enjoy!
