St. Ewe Rich Yolk Shortlisted for Great British Food Award

After months of rigorous testing by the Great British Food Award in-house experts, the trade shortlist finalists were finally revealed last week. We are absolutely delighted to announce that our really rather fabulous Rich Yolk eggs have made it to the final in the Home Baking category.

This category means a lot to us as our Rich Yolk are famed for their depth of flavour and gorgeous yolks and can be found in some of the most discerning restaurants in the country including Michel Roux Jr’s Le Gavroche, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and Paul Ainsworth’s No6 in Padstow.

All shortlisted products are now winging their way to the final stage where they will meet a judging panel of celebrity chefs, writers, influencers, and buyers who will determine whether they are worthy, so please keep everything crossed for us and follow us on Instagram to find out the results!
