OUR IMPACT
At the heart of St. Ewe Free Range Eggs is a simple belief...
Good food should be produced with care, responsibility and respect for the world around us. Guided by family values and a commitment to nutrition, we have dedicated ourselves to producing an egg for everybody - one that reflects the highest standards of welfare, sustainability and integrity. As part of this commitment, we are taking climate action and leading the way in championing environmental stewardship across everything we do.
To achieve this, we work hand-in-hand with likeminded British family farmers who share our passion for giving our girls the outdoor lifestyle they deserve. Together, we champion farming practices that protect the land, support rural communities and prioritise the wellbeing of our hens and our people alike.

Powered by People
We’re a family run business built on bold thinking, honest values and a belief that fair work and positive workplace cultures create stronger, more responsible organisations. We are proud to always pay the Real Living Wage, because we believe everyone deserves to be rewarded fairly for their contribution.
Whether you’re in the packing centre, out on the farm, in the office or on the road - you’re part of a team where everyone is supported to reach their full potential.
Championing diversity, encouraging new ideas and nurturing talent are central to our workforce. Creating a culture of continuous learning means that everyone has the chance to grow, progress and contribute to a more sustainable food system.

We believe inclusive businesses are stronger businesses - our active Inclusive Culture Group meets monthly, bringing together voices from across the organisation to drive meaningful progress, backed by a clear JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) action plan.
Our people story reaches beyond our internal teams - it stretches to our dedicated family farmers. Their welfare, their livelihoods and their long-term resilience are our priority. That’s why we have a dedicated team focused solely on nurturing these relationships, ensuring our farmers feel supported, heard and empowered to thrive.
By investing in our people and producers, we’re not only strengthening our business today - we’re helping to build a fairer, more sustainable future for British farming and the communities who depend on it.

Showing Up for Our Community
As a B Corp business, we believe our responsibility goes far beyond the farm gate. Using our platform for good, in the South West and beyond, is fundamental to who we are.
Through our partnership with FareShare South West, we help ensure that perfectly good food never goes to waste. By donating surplus and short dated eggs, we’ve redirected tonnes of nutritious food to people facing hardship, supporting hundreds of local charities and enabling thousands of meals across the region.
We’re also proud to support Pancreatic Cancer UK through sales of our Super Eggs, donating 5p from every dozen sold to fund vital research and support services. Inspired by our CEO Bex Tonks’ personal connection to the cause, this partnership has raised over £110,000 with the help of our customers.
Whether redistributing food, supporting communities or funding lifesaving research, we’re committed to creating lasting social impact - because for us, being a B Corp means being a genuine force for good.
