Mateo Zielonka, aka The Pasta Man, is chef at 180 The Strand in London, a collaborative studio and arts space with Soho House. He also heads up The Store X kitchen with his own pasta space. Polish-born, he has worked in London for 6 years including time at Padella and Polpo. He also teaches pasta classes.

Mateo has been a friend of St Ewe Free Range Eggs for a number of years and we are proud to have gone with him on his journey to pasta greatness! Mateo only uses St Ewe Rich Yolk eggs and they are what gives his pasta the iconic colour he is famed for!
