Junior Great British Bake Off Champion Reece shares with us his mouth watering frudgy brownie recipe to try at home!

Ingredients

Melted Butter

g
Caster Sugar

Melted Chocolate
300
g
Chopped Chocolate

g
plain flour

Rich Yolk Eggs

g
Cocoa Powder
Instructions
Whip your eggs and sugar until ribbon stage
Add in your dry ingredients and butter and chocolate
Fold until all mixed though. Add your chocolate chunks
Pop into a tin and bake for 20-25 minutes - depending on how gooey you want your brownie
Leave to cook, chop into slabs and enjoy!
