Bring a touch of opulence to your Christmas table with these golden Christmas devilled eggs, crafted with St. Ewe Luxuriously Large Rich Yolk eggs for an extra creamy, vibrant filling. Their naturally golden yolks and smooth texture make for a luxurious centrepiece at any festive gathering.
Instructions
- Bring a pan of water to a boil and add your 8 St. Ewe Rich Yolk eggs
- Boil for 8 minutes, remove and peel the shells
- Cut the eggs in half lengthways and scoop out the yolks, adding them to a mixing bowl and keeping your egg whites to the side
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the yolk and mix well until it’s nice and smooth
- Add mixture into piping a bag, cut the bottom (for extra flair, add a piping tip of your choice!) and pipe into eggs where the yolk came from
- Garnish with your season of choice – we love crushed pink peppercorns, smoked paprika and chilli flakes
