  1. Reverse Dry Shake all ingredients hard and double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  2. Garnish with a skewered Raspberry and a fresh mint bud inside the raspberry.
  3. (The classic Clover Club is simply Dry Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, fresh raspberries and egg white).
