White Chocolate & Strawberry Muffins
Our favourite Junior Bake Off Champion Reece Suwali has shared his heavenly recipe for white chocolate and strawberry muffins just in time for the summer holidays.

St Ewe Rich Yolk Eggs

olive oil

Whole Milk

Cater Sugar

g
Self Raising Flour

g
White Chocolate Chunks
100
g
Strawberry Jam
(to swirl in the batter)
Instructions
White chocolate and strawberry muffins
In a medium bowl beat the st ewe Rick yolks eggs for 1 minute
Add the milk and oil and whisk until combined
Fold in dry ingredients until fully incorporated
Add in chocolate chunks and spoon batter in muffin try
Swirl in jam with a knife of piping bag
Bake for 35-45 minutes
Top with melted white chocolate! Enjoy!
