Our favourite Junior Bake Off Champion Reece Suwali has shared his heavenly recipe for white chocolate and strawberry muffins just in time for the summer holidays.
  • Serves:



  1. White chocolate and strawberry muffins
  2. In a medium bowl beat the st ewe Rick yolks eggs for 1 minute
  3. Add the milk and oil and whisk until combined
  4. Fold in dry ingredients until fully incorporated
  5. Add in chocolate chunks and spoon batter in muffin try
  6. Swirl in jam with a knife of piping bag
  7. Bake for 35-45 minutes
  8. Top with melted white chocolate! Enjoy!
