Banoffee Pancakes

Serves: 4 People

Decadent pancakes layered with chocolate peanut butter, fresh banana slices, and crunchy nuts make for the perfect sweet and indulgent treat.

Instructions

  1. - Step 1Make the Batter: Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, mix 2 eggs, milk, and vanilla (optional), then combine with dry ingredients.
  2. - Step 2Cook Pancakes: Heat a pan with butter, pour in batter to form small pancakes, cook 1-2 minutes per side. Keep warm.
  3. - Step 3Slice Bananas: Peel and slice bananas into thin rounds.
  4. - Step 4Layer with Spread: Spread a layer of Manilife chocolate peanut butter on each pancake.
  5. - Step 5Assemble Layers: Stack pancakes, adding banana slices and crushed nuts between each layer.
  6. - Step 6Top the Stack: Add more banana slices, a drizzle of caramel sauce or whipped cream (optional), and extra crushed nuts.
  7. - Step 7Serve: Enjoy this sweet stack immediately!

  • 200 grams Plain Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Caster Sugar
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 10 grams Salted Butter
  • 3 Banana Sliced
  • 100 grams Manilife Chocolate Peanut Butter
  • 100 grams Hazlenut Roughly Chopped
  • 100 grams Caramel Sauce
